A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to enterprise clients and regulated financial advisers who integrate HoldAtlas into client-facing workflows. The DPA sets out the responsibilities of HoldAtlas as a data processor and the enterprise client as the data controller under GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Subject matter and duration of processing, nature and purpose, type of personal data, obligations of the controller and processor, technical and organisational security measures, sub-processor list, data subject rights assistance, breach notification, and data return or deletion on termination.
