HoldAtlas is a digital product. Access to the full analysis is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
No refunds are issued once access has been granted.
By completing payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service and that access is provided immediately, waiving any right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Technical failure: If access was not granted due to a technical error on our side and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same access, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact contact@holdatlas.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment confirmation.
Access duration depends on the plan purchased. The Starter plan (€9) provides 3 scenario runs with no expiry. The Pro plan (€29) provides 30 days of unlimited access. No partial refunds are issued for unused runs or unused access time.
